In order to take even better care for our great team of professionals we are looking for an experienced, creative and really motivated Learning and Development Specialist to join our ranks and be responsible for:
 
  • Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
  • Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization
  • Planning the implementation and facilitation of training activities and events, required to meet business needs within authorized budgets
  • Evaluating instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Designing training materials for internal and external trainings
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Responsible for the full training life-cycle from start to finish, including training needs analysis, participate in designing, select and manage external training providers to deliver required training to appropriate standards and evaluate
  • Responsible for planning and organizing all the events related to HR (team buildings, workshops, fairs etc.)
  • Responsible for designing and organizing the assessment centers according to the company needs
  • Involved in the company’ internship programs
  • Prepares KPIs and reports, of projects as assigned, and provides presentations to keep leadership informed of training issues and concerns
  • Develops and updates training and onboarding policy and procedures
 
 
The best candidate:
 
  • University degree within relevant line of study in HR, Business management or Organization & Strategy will be considered as an advantage
  • 3+ years of proven experience in the field of Training/Learning and Development within multinational company (experience in the IT sector will be considered as an advantage)
  • Self-driven and capable
  • Possessing positive and friendly approach
  • Outgoing and solution oriented
  • Fluent in English
