Currently we are looking to recruit a Recruitment and Resource Coordinator.
The Recruitment and Resource Coordinator will support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the resource management functions and duties within the Software Development department. He/she will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment and onboarding, resource and skills management, employee relations, training and development, employee administration etc.
-support the recruitment and resource management process and match resource supply with demand
-execute IT recruitment and staffing coordination and logistics tasks
-facilitate and take part in face-to-face and virtual meetings between job candidates and customers
-support managers/sales team by proactively communicating resource availability, project status, project deadlines, etc.
-support the on boarding process for new employees
-maintain employees records
-help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs within the SW development department
-support the process of employees administration
-help with the preparation of reports
-Bachelor degree in HR or IT
-IT recruitment experience
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to work effectively across all teams
-Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow up skills
-Must have the ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
-Must show commitment to results, good judgment and initiative, teamwork, process improvement and strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-Highly organized and able to manage a large number of tasks at once
-Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
-Flexibility, adaptability and resilience
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication
